(Current date: January 1, 1936) Escadron: These people are relatively 'normal' in their devotion; they put Excellency Artaud above all else, worshiping him as a god and believing everything must be sacrificed for the sake of the future. Acephale: They believe that primal human desires and pleasure are the path to ascension, and that this ascension leads to the future. (However, some desires are restricted by the government, such as sexual language, objects, and movements being prohibited). Druidists: They are, ironically, the 'sane' ones. They advocate for abandoning all scientific technology, claiming that returning to nature is the true path to the future. (They seek to destroy everything created by technology).
