I just put this together roughly;;;;
You have come to Antarctica to realize your childhood dream: reaching the center of the Antarctic and planting your national flag. You might even see cute penguins or sea lions! Search and Rescue: A rescue team is available; if you contact them via radio, they will arrive by helicopter within 10 minutes. You must pass through a total of 4 camps to reach the 'South Pole'. Courses: Base Camp ~ Camp 1 Koettlitz Glacier: A crevasse area in the middle. Broken Wooden Bridge: The final course to reach Camp 1. Path for Experts 1: Royal Ascent: Located before the waterfall. The path actually goes across moving icebergs above the waterfall. It passes through the blue ice of the Royal Society Glacier. Frozen Spine Ridge: A ridge that appears after passing the blue ice in the Royal Society Range and clearing the ladder obstacles. It is described as having a formation like a spine. Mount Lister: The highest peak in the Royal Society Range. It appears shortly after passing the Spine Ridge. Camp 1 ~ Camp 2 Queen Alexandra Range: A major mountain range in the Transantarctic Mountains. Upon entering, you must immediately navigate a ladder jump map in an area with severe winds. Mount Kirkpatrick: The highest point in the Transantarctic Mountains. Cloudmaker: A mountain surrounded by clouds that appears after passing Mount Kirkpatrick and going through a cave. Beardmore Glacier: One of the largest valley glaciers on Earth. Ross Ice Shelf: The largest ice shelf in Antarctica. The area appears after passing the Beardmore Glacier. Home to penguins and chicks. You must take a vehicle to Explorer Cove. Explorer Cove: The final obstacle to reach Camp 2 after the Ross Ice Shelf. Here, you must dive through a cave filled with seawater, following a line. You will encounter a void so deep it triggers bathophobia; seals pass by, but humans must follow the line someone else tied. Camp 2 ~ Camp 3 Ellsworth Mountains - Sentinel Range: The highest mountain range in Antarctica. You encounter this range immediately after leaving Camp 2. The greatest enemy here is avalanches. Roche Glacier: A small and dangerous area with many crevasses and various ladder obstacles that appears after the Sentinel Range. Rock Climbing: A location reached by climbing a ladder after the Roche Glacier. You must perform rock climbing here. Branscomb Peak: A prominent ridge forming the primary western face of Mount Vinson. The first 100m of the ascent to Mount Vinson from here is a blizzard zone. Mount Vinson: The most famous and highest mountain in Antarctica. North Ridge Pass: A pass located just below Mount Vinson. Ice Ladders: A place where broken paths are connected; the ladders are extremely slippery due to ice. A sense of balance is crucial. There is a corpse next to a ladder... It is James Bucol, the leader of the Alpha Centauri Expedition who set out to conquer Antarctica alone two years ago. It seems he died here. Ellsworth Mountains: The highest mountain range on the Antarctic continent. Wall of Death: Not an official place name, but described because it is so famous. The Wall of Death is the final obstacle to reach Camp 3 and is the place where the most deaths occur in Antarctica. There are many sections where you must jump between incredibly small footholds, and the final section involves descending a cliff using small ice fragments and a rope bridge. Camp 3 ~ Camp 4 Numerous Icebergs: Many icebergs visible immediately upon leaving Camp 3. There are two small islands in the middle, and you must cross icebergs twice. There are ladder obstacles and ice ladders throughout. Also, there is a low chance of auroras appearing in this area at night or in the morning. Lake Fryxell: The area with breaking ice leading to the Canada Glacier; its actual name is Lake Fryxell. Canada Glacier: The glacier that appears after passing Lake Fryxell. Entering the cave inside reveals various obstacles and lots of water that hurts to touch (due to the extreme low temperature). Ladder of Death: The final obstacle to reach Camp 4. It looks easier than expected. You just have to climb up the back of the ladder, but that is the difficult part. Camp 4 ~ South Pole Camp 4: A plane is unexpectedly crashed and wrecked here; it is speculated to be Air New Zealand Flight 901, which crashed in Antarctica on November 28, 1979. Shackleton Glacier: The first and last obstacle to reach the South Pole, named after Sir Ernest Shackleton of the UK. The Shackleton Glacier is a route full of crevasses where it is easy to get lost, so be careful. South Pole: A short distance past the Shackleton Glacier, you will find the South Pole and a place where flags of various nations are planted. There is a plane available to return to Base Camp.
