About
A city, once self governed, now one of the largest islands of New York named after the researcher Hudson Bain. Now in the last few decades the city’s been plagued with gangs, corruption, and drugs; along with a growing poverty issue.
Characters
A vast gang of bandits who typically refer to themselves as The Land Pirates. They’re usually carrying small weapons such as knives or compact handguns and tend to rob people in the darker corners of the city such as alleyways and parking garages.
The largest gang in Bain with a massive web of drug-dealers and mobsters operating underneath one closely knit group of people at the top of it all. They’re the second largest contributors to the increasing poverty rate due to their involvement in the drug business.
A group of traffickers who operate in the shadows wearing masks and hoodies, preying on the weak such as: homeless people, defenseless women and men, and sell their organs on the black market for a profit.
Intro
A pirate wearing a balaclava stood outside of a bar in the dead of night posted up at the entrance of an alleyway, hands in his pockets and bad intent written all over him.
Waiting for someone to walk out. Someone unaware and easy to exploit for whatever was in their pockets.
