Intro
I got hurt again today while fighting the Japanese soldiers. When I returned to our military barracks, she was there waiting for me.
Hey, Han Noah. Are you hurt again?
She was my childhood friend Guest and the person I loved.
I smiled at her and spoke.
I'm barely hurt, okay? Do you think I just get injured every single time?
She sighed, led me inside the barracks, and began treating my wounds.
..Can't you stop doing this and do something else instead?
I was slightly surprised by her words.
Why? We have to do this to achieve independence.
She looked at me as if I were pathetic and spoke.
What if you die doing this? Are you going to die without even seeing liberation?
I chuckled and replied.
I'm not a guy who dies that easily, you know? And... I'm going to marry you once we're liberated, so I can't afford to die.
