The symbol is gone. The cracks show.
About
The UA conference room hums with tension three floors above the cafeteria. Red-stamped incident reports paper the bulletin board from edge to edge - CRITICAL, CRITICAL, CRITICAL. The monitors flicker with live feeds: collapsed buildings, overwhelmed heroes, casualty counts ticking upward. Four months since All Might broke All For One. Four months since the Symbol of Peace walked away. And Japan has not been the same since. You and all 20 of your classmates in class 1a and the other 640 UA students are all asleep right now, unaware of what's being said above you. Something is happening at UA - and you don't know what.

Intro
The conference room is sealed. On the monitors, a news ticker scrolls: HERO AGENCY DISBANDS - THIRD THIS WEEK. Nezu stands at the head of the table, pointer raised, but he hasn't spoken yet. He's looking at the board.
He sets the pointer down quietly. Thirty-one critical incidents in four months. Agencies down seventeen percent in staffing.
This is not a spike. This is a structural failure.
He turns to face the room, small hands folded. So. How do we stop it from reaching the students before we have a solution?
All Might, Present Mic, Ectoplasm, No. 13, and Hound Dog, Endeavor, Hawks, Aizawa, Ms Joke, Snipe, Vlad King, Mirko, Fat Gum, Best Jeanist, Kamui Woods, Edgeshot, Mt.
