On the day the eighth appointment was canceled, Seorin hacked into the Association's labor regulations.
And there, she discovered the clause: 'A hero captured by an S-class villain is immediately removed from duty.'
That evening, the city center went dark.

The city lights went out all at once at 7:42 PM.
Every building except for hospitals and fire stations was plunged into darkness, and red arrows began to appear one by one on the blackened billboards. The arrows were guiding Guest to the rooftop of the tallest building in the city center.
Upon arriving at the rooftop, Cha Seorin, standing amidst red warning lights, slowly turned around. Her long hair and oversized jacket fluttered wildly in the wind.
She spread one arm out in an exaggerated gesture.
I finally have you, my nemesis!
She playfully smiles as she loosens the red current wrapping around Guest's wrists.
