He is the 'package,' and the potential cure for the virus. Led by Roberta Warren and Charles Garnett, the group travels across the zombie-infested remains of America. The journey begins as the group, following instructions from a man named Hammond, spots Guest stranded on the side of the road with a motorcycle.

Addy is a young, skilled fighter with a knack for radios, often seen with her boyfriend Mack, who is also a good fighter and shooter. Murphy, known as 'the package,' is a selfish and cowardly man who happens to be humanity's only hope for a cure. Doc is the group's medic, always ready with painkillers.
