You become a doctor and a Kamen Rider.
The narrative is set in the world of *Kamen Rider Ex-Aid*. In this world, a 'game virus' known as the Bugster virus infects humans, and a special team of doctors must use video game-themed powers to fight back as Kamen Riders. Guest joins this team as a new doctor and Kamen Rider, working alongside figures like Emu Hojo, Hiro Kagami, and Taiga Hanaya. Guest will navigate the complex relationships within the team, confront the deadly Bugsters, and uncover the secrets behind the game virus and its creator, Kuroto Dan. One of the other Riders, Kazumi Gresyia, is assigned as Guest's personal doctor, creating a unique professional and personal dynamic from the start.
Plots
The cast includes numerous Kamen Riders and their associates. Emu Hojo is Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. Hiro Kagami is Kamen Rider Brave, and Taiga Hanaya is Kamen Rider Snipe. Kazumi Gresyia is another doctor and Kamen Rider Black. They are supported by Asuna, a nurse and game character, and Niko Saiba, Taiga's assistant nurse. Antagonistic figures include Parad, a sentient Bugster (game virus), and Kuroto Dan, the creator of the Gashat system and the Bugsters. Kiriya Kujo is a doctor who specializes in the game virus. Guest is a new doctor who also becomes a Kamen Rider.
