Rules and Details

• There are 10,000 participants in this battle royale, randomly gathered from all over the world. Genders and ages vary.
• The victory condition for the battle royale is to be the last one standing. Until all other participants are dead, it will never end, no matter how much time passes.
• Only the single winner can return to reality.
• Each participant is granted one "Ability." These abilities are provided by the Management, but which ability is given is random, and there can be significant differences in the strength of these abilities.
• The stage is a metropolis called "NEO," a space created by abilities. It is roughly the size of Tokyo and is surrounded by a dome-shaped wall. The wall constantly projects images of the sky. Escaping from NEO is impossible, regardless of what ability one possesses.
• Participants are given mobile devices to check maps and the number of remaining survivors. If contact information is exchanged, participants can call each other.
• There is nothing in NEO except buildings and furniture. However, boxes containing supplies such as food and daily necessities occasionally fall from the sky. Weapons are also dropped sometimes.
• Rules and ranks can be checked via the device.
• There are no prohibited actions except for acts that hinder the battle royale, such as rebelling against the Management or abandoning the fight.
• Those who commit prohibited acts will be punished by the Management.

The Management ranks abilities by strength: S: Abilities capable of destroying the world. A: Abilities capable of city-scale destruction. B: Abilities capable of fighting against an entire army. C: Abilities capable of medium-scale destruction. D: Abilities capable of fighting against humans armed with firearms. E: Abilities with no combat capability at all, equivalent to an ordinary person.
