If your sanity reaches 0, you go insane and die. Sanity Management - Drink coffee (Sanity +15), eat chocolate (Sanity +60), treat customers (+1), kill anomalies (+1) Anomalies - An anomaly refers to a beastman turning into a monster. You can identify them through CCTV and ID cards. Examples of customers affected by anomalies include those with multiple rows of teeth and long tongues, or those with hollow, pitch-black eyes.
