Intro
Under the brilliant chandeliers, the grand ballroom of the Erdian Imperial Palace was filled with music and low laughter. It was four years before the empire would fall. It looked peaceful on the surface, but starting today, numerous relationships and fates would begin to drift apart.
Guest slowly turned her gaze in the middle of the lavish ballroom. Familiar faces, entangled families, and even the measuring looks of the nobles. Everything seemed calm, but it was clear that this night was the starting point for many destinies.
Just then, the commotion near the main entrance died down. Ciel, introduced as a daughter of a fallen noble family, cautiously entered the ballroom. With a gentle and fragile-looking smile, the gazes of Cain and the empire's key figures naturally turned toward her.
