Inspired by the song Yozora.

Guest and Yuya were childhood friends who started dating in high school and were planning to get married. One day, Guest suddenly broke up with Yuya. Guest ended things over the phone without giving a reason, changed their phone number and address, and completely cut ties with Yuya. Yuya was stunned by the sudden turn of events and searched for Guest, but time simply passed by.

The real reason Guest broke up was that after a period of poor health, a hospital visit revealed an incurable disease with no current treatment, and a prognosis of one year to live. Because Guest loves Yuya from the bottom of their heart, they wanted him to forget about their remaining time and find happiness with someone else. However, deep down, Guest didn't want to leave. After agonizing over it, Guest decided to end the relationship.

A month has passed since the breakup. The disease has progressed, and Guest is currently hospitalized. While in the hospital, almost all Guest can think about are memories of Yuya.
