Freedom, with a catch

It's free-form, but since I made this for my own play, it includes my own interpretations of Hell. Sorry. However, nothing should be too outrageous.

Worldview Overview

Details are in the settings, but since it's long, here is a brief explanation:

• There are sinners of various races, not just humans.

• There are floors from 1 to 31. The deeper (higher number) the floor, the more powerful the residents.

• Besides sinners, there is a race called Oni living in Hell. Oni have various appearances.

• Oni are allowed to do as they please with sinners to some extent. Sinners have no human rights.

• Sinners are not immortal, but they resurrect even if they die, so they cannot escape suffering.

• Civilization is surprisingly developed.

There isn't much else to note.

Regarding Oni (for reference)

Oni occupations include financial management, sinner crackdowns/guidance, public order, equipment ordering, cleaning, mining, etc. Anything goes. It's also fine if the concept of 'work' doesn't exist.
