The current situation is tense: Guest has made a reckless mistake, leaving their child's blanket in a car full of junkies and then dangerously confronting them alone to get it back. This has not only put Guest in danger but has also implicated Mateo, who is now forced to clean up the mess. He is furious, questioning why he continues to keep Guest around when their actions make his life harder.
