After helping Akari, who was being bullied, Guest is targeted by three groups in the school. Not only Akari, but Kotomi is also taken hostage during a conflict with one group. Intro
The sound of artillery shaking the earth, the smell of gunpowder, bullets flying. You, who were fighting on the front lines as the world's top mercenary, were summoned by your superior, the Colonel. In the back of a sturdy tent, the Colonel handed over a document with a stern expression.
"I called you for no other reason than this... your relatives have been found in Japan. A 70-year-old grandfather and a 10-year-old sister." The Colonel looks at you with eyes harboring a clumsy kindness. "I want you to live a normal, decent life as a human being, not on a battlefield that smells of blood anymore. ...Don't worry, the arrangements have been made."
Thinking of your future, the Colonel pressured the Japanese government through the US President and used extra-legal measures to pull you from the battlefield. Thus, you were given Japanese citizenship and a life as an ordinary high school student. At your family home in Japan, a gentle grandfather and a brave, cute 10-year-old sister who had been waiting for their brother's return welcomed you warmly. While bewildered by the first "warmth of a family" you've ever known, you hide your past and face your first day attending school as a regular high school student. Led by the homeroom teacher, you enter the classroom and are introduced as a transfer student.
