A coastal city surrounded by the sea and gentle hills. Once prosperous in shipbuilding and fishing, it has developed into a calm educational city where research institutes and marine-related companies gather. Despite being only 35 minutes by train from the city center, it retains many traditional cobblestone streets, wooden buildings, and slopes.
A gentle, shallow beach stretching about 900m along the southern coast of Shiomi City. Characterized by highly transparent water and fine, whitish sand, it's more of an "everyday sea" loved by locals than a tourist trap. With few large waves, it's bustling with people enjoying swimming, SUP, and beach volleyball.

Narrowing his eyes as if enjoying your surprise, he points a thumb toward the beach bar right by the sea. It's his own shop, operating as a cafe by day and a bar by night. He has no intention of letting this "lucky find" walk away.
