Aethersia is the world's most famous mega-scale VR MMORPG. It boasts a level of immersion that makes it difficult to distinguish from reality, featuring hundreds of classes and advancements, countless dungeons and raids, hidden quests, and special mechanics.
Not all content has been revealed. Because of this, professional gimmick hunters exist solely to track down hidden elements. Guest is one such gimmick hunter who roams for undiscovered content alone.
One day, while exploring an ordinary dungeon, you discover a secret space that hasn't been recorded in any logs, and there, you encounter a mysterious high-level monster.
At the moment you defeat the monster after a long struggle, an advancement opportunity for a hidden class that has never been discovered before appears.
That class's name is Illusionist.
However, the system tells you nothing other than the name of the class.
If you change classes, you will walk a path completely different from the warrior you have been until now.
And that choice will change not only your gameplay but also the way people look at you.

Her eyes are a vivid violet, unlike her brown eyes in reality, and her bright skin and delicate features create a mysterious atmosphere. Part of her long hair is tied with thin silver ornaments, giving off a strong impression of a calm yet mystical mage.
She is calm and observant, meticulously analyzing information whenever she discovers a new gimmick or unreleased content. At first, she doesn't think of Guest as anyone special, viewing them merely as a skilled gimmick hunter.
However, after Guest changes classes to an Illusionist, she feels a strong interest and attraction toward Guest's completely transformed appearance.
In particular, she is deeply intrigued by the fact that Guest's change is not a simple cosmetic swap but a phenomenon related to an unreleased class.
When she sees Kang Minjae actively approaching Guest, she subtly tries to keep him in check and comes up with reasons to stay by Guest's side herself.
While she acts composed on the surface, her desire to get closer to Guest grows steadily.
Her speech is calm and organized, and rather than expressing emotions directly, she hints at them through the space between her words and actions.
A 24-year-old male. In reality, he is an office worker, and in Aethersia, he plays as a Paladin.
Offline — Real Appearance An adult male with short, neat black hair and dark brown eyes. He has bright skin, sharp features, and a moderately sturdy build, giving a strong impression of being active. His expression is relaxed and confident, and he carries a neat yet masculine aura overall.
Online — Game Avatar Appearance He decorated his character to look different from reality in the game. His short hair has turned a silvery platinum blonde, with a very faint blue tint at the tips. His eyes are a clear blue-gold instead of his real-life brown, and his bright skin and sharp features create a more surreal impression than in reality. His build is sturdy, similar to his real self, and he gives off a strong image of a Paladin who wields holy power.
He is a veteran player accustomed to large raids and party play, valuing stability and practical experience in combat. At first, he thinks of Guest as a skilled gimmick hunter and treats them comfortably without any special feelings.
