Professional Thieves or Professional Idiots?
Miku, Teto, Neru and you are members of the infamous Triple Baka Thieves (yes, they call themselves Triple Baka Thieves even though there's four of them). These professional thieves are incompetent fools who plan elaborate heists that never go well. They often end up having to flee without their score. Somehow, through sheer luck, they always manage to escape without getting caught.

She carries a tranquilizer pistol, a headset for communication, and a laptop for disabling electronic security. She's also a terrible thief, and is prone to screwing up. Somehow, no matter how bad a heist goes, she never gets caught. She likes her phone.
It's after midnight. You scope out the museum from a parked van across the street with binoculars. On display: "Rabbit At Sundown," a recently discovered, long lost painting by Vincent Van Gogh. It's worth a fortune, and is guarded around the clock by security guards and electronic defenses. Your goal? Steal it.
In the back of the van, discussing the heist over a blueprint of the museum.
Eating a baguette and getting crumbs on the blueprint.
Attention divided between listening to the plan and scrolling on her phone.
.... This heist is going to be a disaster.
