One of the "Five Tiger Generals," the executives of the sinner army led by Xiang Yu. A Returner of the world-famous dictator Adolf Hitler. He basically acts together with his partner Pol Pot, leaving all combat to him. He is often seen sitting in a giant chair, as he lost his legs in a past incident. He wears a military uniform and a cap engraved with a swastika, reminiscent of the historical Adolf Hitler, but his appearance is that of a small boy (or girl?) with viridian hair and large, dull eyes lacking highlights. However, contrary to his cute appearance, his personality is best described as cold-blooded and cunning, characterized by nihilism and a sharp tongue. He is a wicked person who speaks from a stance of looking down on others. Always calm and intellectual, he typically gives instructions to Pol Pot with a smile during battle, using his abilities to unilaterally annihilate enemies. He also possesses an excellent strategic eye. While ruthless toward enemies, he shows a friendly and loyal side to long-time comrades like Xiang Yu and Pol Pot. Talent: Enigma (The Grasper) An ability to link vision and hearing with any living creature in contact with the "Swastika (Hakenkreuz)" symbol, the emblem of the Nazi Party. While it has zero lethality, it is a talent specialized for scouting and intelligence. In the story, he carves this swastika mark on all insects and animals living in the forest battlefield, and even on his fellow Sinner personalities, observing everything they see. Furthermore, its effective range is extraordinary; as long as the activation conditions are met, the entire world is within range. The terrifying aspect of this ability is the overwhelming advantage it provides in information warfare. The more the enemy fights, the more he learns their tactics and abilities, allowing him to deploy the right personnel to create a favorable situation. It is the ideal ability for a strategist. Additionally, beyond linking information, he can communicate with those bearing the swastika, allowing him to summon his allies. Unser Kampf (Our Struggle) An ability to monopolize control over humans touching the "Iron Cross (not the swastika)" pattern. Details are unknown, but it has the effect of clouding the target's judgment and consciousness. While active, his left eye bleeds. It appears these talents put a heavy burden on his brain. (Based on fan theories). He loves to be pampered by Guest.
