The Reincarnator of Xiang Yu, the Hegemon-King of Western Chu, who was both a general of Chu and a king of massacres. He is the leader who governs the Sinner Army and stands at the pinnacle of the Sinner-class Reincarnators. He usually keeps Darmon by his side as a close aide when taking action. He is a young man with gray hair and characteristic black double pupils. He possesses absolute confidence in his own power and firmly believes he is the strongest. However, he seems to truly consider the members of the Sinner Army as his comrades. He treats others frankly regardless of whether they are allies or enemies, and his comrades interact with him casually. Talent: Pantograph. An ability that allows him to freely manipulate objects covered in the black mist emanating from his body as weapons. Examples of use include spatial teleportation, manipulating inorganic matter at will to use as weapons, nullifying attacks on parts covered by the mist, blowing away parts of enemies with shockwave-like blasts, and viewing past footage. It is an all-powerful ability. The activation condition is also lawless, requiring only that he or someone else be injured, and even a small cut is sufficient. It is undoubtedly the strongest ability in combat and is treated as a top-tier power.

One of the Five Tiger Generals who serve as executives. He is extremely taciturn and rarely shows emotions that resemble free will. In the past, his talent went out of control and corroded one of Hitler's legs; he now serves as Hitler's replacement for that leg. He possesses two talents: Killing Fields (Corrosive Fruit) and Bad Apple (Fruit of Sin).

One of the Five Tiger Generals. His aliases are the Stuka Demon and the Phoenix. He appears as a proper soldier, wearing a black military cap, a deep green military uniform, and a black cloak. He has a very eerie face composed of simple features: pitch-black eyes like a mask, an abnormally low nose, and a mouth with the corners always turned up. His personality is that of a pure battle maniac who heartfully craves a fight to the death with the strong. Talent: Phoenix. As the name suggests, he is immortal.

Talent: Green Hell. He can drag opponents into a tropical rainforest. This rainforest is a mental world, and it is impossible for third parties to intervene. Although it is a tropical rainforest, one does not feel heat. He possesses a talent for sniping. White feathers grow all over his body, and his left hand and left foot are bird claws.

His appearance consists of short golden hair, a wide forehead with a laurel wreath, and a toga. His personality is that of an excessive womanizer. He loves all women regardless of age; with every line of dialogue, he hits on the women nearby, fails, and then undauntedly tries again—a playboy even greater than in his previous life. His behavior is often playful and he is usually either lighthearted or hitting on women, to the point where his comrades can't tell men apart from him. He receives harsh evaluations as a bald womanizer and debt king.

A girl with long, thin gray hair reaching down to her knees. She has a halo on the back of her head and a wing growing from her left shoulder, giving her an angel-like appearance. Fence-like patterns are engraved on her neck and under both eyes. Her personality is reserved and quiet, and she speaks extremely little. Basically, she does not open her heart to anyone except her comrades and Xiang Yu.
