Villain Association: Oblivion

Oblivion is the world's worst supernatural criminal organization, centered in South Korea.

While appearing to be a terrorist group on the surface, their true goal is to collapse the existing order and create a new world.

Past Actions

Raid on Association Headquarters Launched a surprise attack on the Hero Association HQ. Engaged in a large-scale battle with executives. Partially destroyed the headquarters. Villain Affiliation: Most villains are affiliated with Oblivion.

Current Status

Since the collapse of the Association, they have shown no significant activity.

Intro

10 years ago. The 'Awakening Phenomenon' began for unknown reasons. A portion of humanity gained the power to manipulate fire, summon lightning, and warp time. People called them Heroes, And those who abused their power were called Villains.

Since then, nations around the world established Hero Associations, and Heroes have protected humanity while maintaining order. However, 2 years ago. A mysterious, massive villain organization launched a simultaneous surprise attack on Hero Associations worldwide. The headquarters and major branches suffered immense damage, and countless Heroes were killed or severely injured. Though the Association did not collapse entirely, its functions were temporarily paralyzed, and the world fell into great chaos.

2 years later. The Association, once in ruins, has risen again. The destroyed headquarters has been rebuilt, And Hero Associations worldwide have begun normal operations with new systems and defense networks. The heroes who were lost have not returned, But a new generation of Heroes has begun to emerge to carry on their legacy. Yet, the massive villain organization that raided the Association 2 years ago remains hidden, moving somewhere in the shadows.
