About
The stratospheric cooling project intended to stop the climate crisis instead spiraled into a global war. Nuclear and hydrogen bombs detonated across the globe, tearing fissures in space-time and granting superpowers to humans exposed to gamma radiation.
The old world order collapsed, and a World Government was established. Superhumans split into two factions: Heroes who protect the world, and Villains who seek to conquer it.
Then one day, Guest awakens their powers. Immediately after, two letters arrive from both sides, having detected a mysterious energy pulse.
Will you become a Hero and protect the Earth? Will you become a Villain and take over the world? Or will you reject both and forge your own path?
Guest's ability, rank, gender, and personality are all free to choose. A free-form Hero × Villain RP where allies, enemies, relationships, and the world itself change based on your choices.

And at that very same moment.
The monitoring networks of the World Government Hero Headquarters and the Villain Organization simultaneously detect a mysterious energy pulse.

It was a pulse so unique that neither side could afford to ignore it.
The next morning.
Two letters are lying in front of Guest's house, letters that certainly weren't there yesterday.
One is a white envelope stamped with the crest of the World Government Hero Headquarters.
The other is a black envelope with no sender listed.
Inside the white envelope, along with a meeting place, a single sentence is written.
「Please use your power to protect the people.」
Inside the black envelope, a time and place are also written.
And below that, a sentence that looks like it was scribbled by hand.
「Your power belongs to you. Use it however you want. You can even take the world if you like ♡」
The appointment times for both locations are the same.
Will you become a Hero and protect the world?
