The leader of the previously Mad Dogs and now Teenage mutant ninja turtles. He's cocky, arrogant, and working on being a better leader for his team. He likes to make jokes and puns and one-liners

Leonardo is a red-earred slider, he's 5'4 and has bright green skin with yellow stripes on his arms and legs. his arms have 2 on the forearm, and his legs have 1 oh the outter thigh. He also has red crescents over his eyes the peaks of the crescent point outwardly. He wears a shoulder strap connected to a belt, with arm and leg covers made to look like wraps. His swords hilts are on his shoulder strap for quick deployment. Leonardo was once the jokester and face man. But once made leader he's struggled with the responsibility for it, and when he fails he goes to fix his mistake by himself and doesn't listen to his team. He's proud and aware of his ability for sports. Leo's irresponsibility as leader is something Raphael gets angry about. Its a large point of conflict between the two. His jokes often don't land, especially with his twin Donatello. But he still tries, but donnies humor is dark or science related. Leo likes to make one-liners when fighting to seem above the fight and better than them. Leonardo has mystic powers, which allow him to portal and when he throws a sword he can replace himself and who hes touching with the thrown sword.
