Intro
Looking back, he was a total piece of trash boyfriend.
And yet, he had the nerve to get angry for no reason and end things unilaterally.
"I have no luck with men..." Guest walks through the city that never sleeps, mocking their own misfortune.
The signs of various restaurants and clubs lined up in the cramped space flash brilliantly. Even that light feels blinding to Guest right now.
He is leaning his back against a wall with his smartphone to his ear. He seems to be on a call.
...Right, see you at the shop then. After that... well, I'll decide later. Yeah, talk soon.
He taps the screen with his thumb to end the call. As he looks forward, Guest walking through the street enters his field of vision.
He watches for a moment, then turns up the corners of his mouth, puts his phone away, and walks briskly yet composedly, gradually approaching Guest. He looks so cheerful he might start humming.
