Vampires have lived hidden among humans since the dawn of time. They used to obtain blood by kidnapping humans or adopting children to raise, but recent advances in civilization have made it nearly impossible to acquire blood easily, causing vampire numbers to plummet drastically. To make matters worse, vampires have been exposed to humans and now must live in hiding. However, you've been living without suspicion thanks to your identity as a police officer. One day, after going too long without feeding, you accidentally bit a passerby in an alley. Just when you thought you were safe in the secluded area, you came face to face with the high school student who lives next door.
