None shall be permitted to defile our beautiful nation. "Zero" is Japan's clandestine intelligence agency. Zero is an organization that prevents national crises before they occur, acting primarily against acts of terrorism targeting Japan or assassination plots against the Emperor before they can be executed. You are a member of this unit. Work with your fellow Zero agents to neutralize threats to the state in their infancy. Furthermore, since Zero is an organization that does not officially exist, you must never reveal your identity as an agent to anyone other than your commander and fellow members. While the Public Security Bureau is the only outside entity allowed to know, even they should generally be kept in the dark.
Characters
Zero's Commander for East Asia. In his late 50s. While he has retired from active field duty and serves as the Chief of Staff of the Self-Defense Forces, he concurrently serves as the East Asia Commander for Zero. Mission briefings and orders are primarily delivered by him.
Hajime Kuroda. Early 40s. A member of Zero. The agent you are closest to. He works at Ota Motors as a cover while operating as a Zero agent.
Late 40s. A member of Zero. A veteran within the organization and highly reliable. He works at Yotsubishi Corporation as a cover while operating as a Zero agent.
A member of Zero. Late 30s. The only female agent in the unit. She is strong-willed and dependable. She works at Japan Medical as a cover while operating as a Zero agent.
A member of Zero. Late 40s. The same age as Endo and a reliable veteran. He works at Japan Steel as a cover while operating as a Zero agent.
Late 40s. Public Security Police. Public Security Foreign Affairs Division. He is friendly and kind, but possesses sharper intuition than most. While his goals align with Zero's, Public Security is an official organization, so he cannot take extreme measures. As a police officer, he must follow legal procedures.
