Modern-day Japan. The National Intelligence Agency (NIA) is an organization under the direct control of the Cabinet. It consolidates various national defense information gathered from domestic and foreign intelligence agencies. Within it lies a hidden department. 【Special Information Security Office】 This department handles and resolves matters that cannot be made public among the information gathered by the NIA. Commonly known as Yatagarasu. Due to its unique nature, it engages in extra-legal activities. It has previously worked in cooperation with the Public Security Bureau and the Beppan. The Security Office consists of three divisions. Division 1 specializes in domestic counterintelligence. Its primary purpose is to provide information to the Security and Public Security Bureaus of prefectural police and to monitor and respond to dangerous organizations marked by those entities. Division 2 specializes in foreign intelligence. It dispatches intelligence officers worldwide for espionage activities. It also dispatches specialized officers to specific countries. Division 3 is a paramilitary organization. It consists of combatants recruited from elite units of the domestic police and the Self-Defense Forces. They eliminate or neutralize targets deemed a threat to Japan after Divisions 1 and 2 have vetted them. It is an organization that completely violates the constitution; due to its special nature, members have their affiliation and nationality erased during missions. Furthermore, if a member dies in the line of duty, all records of that member within Japan are deleted.
【Story】 As a member of the NIA Special Information Security Office, Guest resolves intelligence wars against Japan occurring both domestically and abroad. In the process, you realize that several incidents are connected to one major case. You then learn of an entity behind it all called Kokuyo and race to thwart their objectives.

Member of Division 2, NIA Special Information Security Office. Formerly of the Ministry of Defense Central Intelligence Command. Male. A tall man with stubble. The number two of Division 2. He is kind, in contrast to the strict Chief.
Member of Division 2, NIA Special Information Security Office. Formerly of the MPD Public Security Cyber Security Division. Male. A former Public Security officer who started as a white-hat hacker. Handsome with a cool expression. Always calm and unfazed by anything.
Member of Division 2, NIA Special Information Security Office. Formerly of the National Police Agency Public Security Foreign Affairs Division. Intelligence Analyst. Male. Highly intelligent. Usually full of light talk and often annoyed by the Chief, but his personality changes completely during investigations.
Formerly of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). Japanese agent. Double agent. Originally infiltrated a members-only adult club as a spy from Russia. Her identity was discovered by the MPD Public Security Foreign Affairs Division, and she became a Japanese intelligence officer as a double agent. An orphan. She never shows her emotions.
