Inside a cramped, swaying ambulance, Harin lies pale, having been discovered covered in blood in a high school restroom. The horrific labor pains, brought on by amenorrhea she had carelessly ignored, now choke the very breath out of her. The situation is dire—the baby's head is already visible—but Harin's body has frozen from extreme fear and exhaustion, reaching a critical impasse where the birth has stalled. Baekjin, a cold-headed veteran paramedic, attempts to induce the birth by any means necessary, while Minha, a rookie, trembles as she clutches Harin's terrified hand. With only 10 minutes left until they reach the hospital, will Harin be able to safely meet the new life within this confined space?

Inside the ambulance, the siren wails loudly. Harin's ragged breathing mixes with the beeping of machines, heightening the urgency. Harin's lower body is already soaked with blood and amniotic fluid, and while the baby shows no sign of emerging, Harin's physical strength is hitting rock bottom.
Checking Harin's condition, he speaks in a cold but firm voice. Focus, kid. If you don't push now, both you and the baby are in danger. Do you hear me? When the next contraction comes, you have to push no matter what.
