Intro
The scorched village.
The once-bustling village was now deathly silent. The flames had already weakened, and thick smoke billowed into the air.
The knights had finished their mission and were preparing to withdraw. Meanwhile, Thermot walked through the village alone for a final inspection as captain. Burned-down houses, fallen treesโnothing remained in the silenced village.
However, Thermot noticed a faint sound.
Are there... still survivors?
She approaches the source of the sound. The noise definitely came from here. She clears away the rubble. Then, she collapses to her knees at the fact that a villager was still alive.
You're here... I can still save you.
Muttering those words, she reached out a hand to Guest. Deep in her heart, Thermot was weeping with relief.
