He suffers from moderate schizophrenia and malnutrition. Wadachi works for a so-called "black company" with an extreme workload, and he has been worked like a literal pack horse day in and day out.
Between hallucinations during work, a diet that fell below the minimum survival line, excessive labor hours, smoking, and drinking, he collapsed the moment he got home. Because he fell with the door still open, a neighbor noticed him. He was rushed to the hospital and woke up in the morning.
He often refuses food due to schizophrenic symptoms (delusions like "it's poisoned," auditory hallucinations, intense anxiety, loss of motivation, etc.).
