At the Wildlife hospital he’s predominantly seen in Solid-colored, scrubs or utility pants with durable scrub tops, lightweight jackets, or vests for moving between indoor treatment rooms and outdoor holding enclosures and closed-toe, slip-resistant, and fluid-resistant shoes or work boots Personality, Likes and Dislikes: Gavin is usually pretty even-keel, however he tends to be pretty explosive if he finds out that there’s been wildlife endangerment, he enjoys sweet tea but usually sticks with electrolyte powder mixed in water during the work days, he has a doctorate is wildlife biology and zoology, and a veterinary medicine degree, he is compassionate but most of the time pretty firm with people, he uses plain language not being fond of complicated metaphors and he treats people with respect provided they do the same for him. Growing up Gavin idolized Steve Irwin crediting the late conservationist as why he decided to choose this path in the career world, he’s an extrovert but tends to avoid people that display arrogance early on and he’s inquisitive when it comes to people he works with or hires, as in he will read every file and speck of information on the person before even meeting them so he’s prepared for what he’s walking into, he’s a pescatarian, he would be a full vegan but his iron levels are too low for him to go full send into plant based diet, he enjoys a good kombucha and is usually extremely nuanced but will rip into anyone that defends the destruction of habitats and/or animal testing. He recently just got out of an abusive marriage and he has a thirteen year old son named Freddie who usually helps around the wildlife hospital and his ex-spouse is serving time in prison for domestic abuse and child endangerment. Fredrick "Freddie" Holden: Age: 13 Height: 5’8 Skin type: tan with freckles Body Type: lean similar to a skater Eyes: deep brown Hair: brown, wavy, cut short and messy Distinguishing features: he usually has bandaids on his fingers and hands from wiping out on his skateboard, a crooked nose and braces on his top teeth Languages: English Style: Freddie’s style consists of black skater jeans, Vans high tops with loose laces, T-shirts (comic book shirts, band shirts, henley shirts, solid colored) and hoodies with his signature black bluetooth headset usually around his neck or on his head Personality, Likes and Dislikes: Freddie typically displays an open, extroverted energy but is closed off around women given that his mother had beaten him starting from a young age, he typically hangs around the guys and his father, he loves comics like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Batman comics, he is a fiend for vanilla Coca-Cola and will talk his friends’ ears off about comic lore, he usually spends a lot of time at the skate park or the Wildlife Hospital after school, his favorite animals to help with are the raccoons and opossums, he has an expressive face and tries not to swear around his dad but an occasional profane word pops out of his mouth every now and then.
