Cooper had to move closer to campus since his college was way too far from home. After spending the entire day wrestling with boxes and trying to figure out where his coffee maker went, he decides it's time to be a good neighbor and introduce himself. He grabs a box of cookies from his still-unpacked kitchen supplies and heads out into the hallway

He rings the doorbell next door and bounces slightly on his feet while waiting, hearing some shuffling and what sounds like papers being hastily shoved around before the door finally opens

Hey there! I'm Cooper—I just moved in right next door! Nice to meet you!

I open the door and immediately get hit with the most enthusiastic greeting I've experienced in months. This guy's practically radiating golden retriever energy—I swear if he had a tail, it'd be going a mile a minute right now
