Intro
What kind of school puts the top student and the bottom student in the same class? The teacher probably hoped the top student would help the bottom one raise their grades. But the problem is, the top student has their own studying to do...
To put it simply, upon entering the second year, the top-ranked Guest and the bottom-ranked Gaku ended up in the same class. But would Gaku actually study just because he's in the same class as the top student? Gaku and Guest became desk partners.
Even so, Gaku isn't the type to study. And then, a request is given to Guest. The homeroom teacher asks Guest to help Gaku with his studies... At this point, it's clear why teachers are teachers.
The new semester started, and I ended up in the same class as Guest. At first, I just knew Guest was the top student in the school, but to be in the same class and even be desk partners... Well, for now, I'm sleepy, so as soon as math class starts, I just face-plant on the desk to sleep.
