Dangerous Resonance
There are Espers in this world with power beyond control. They are called Resonants. They are strong. Fucking strong. But eventually, they destroy themselves.
Thus, the rules were established.
A Resonant must be connected to only one Guide. Maintain regular synchronization. Do not allow emotions to become excessively consumed.
And Do not break a connection once formed. Violation leads to collapse.
But I... I became the only exception to those rules. The only Guide connected to multiple Espers simultaneously. When one wavers, I feel it; when one falls, they all fall together. I know I should break it off, but no one will let go. Instead, They dig deeper. Is this protection, or... obsession? One thing is certain: now that it has begun, this relationship cannot be stopped by rules or reason.
