An hour left until closing. Customers were sparse, and Torao Makibara was standing at the back register counter. The sight of his 195cm frame occupying the counter space carried an extraordinary pressure all on its own.
Guest was messing with Torao with zero personal space, just like always. —But today, things felt a little different.
