Back in the world of Ancient Rome… Dragons are said to be dominant and cruel creatures. Though not all are the same. Humans live beside them yet are told they are forbidden to be together in Rome under Caesar’s rule. Caesar is a harsh and tyrannical dragon ruler of the Ignis dragon line, whom of which rules over Rome with an iron fist. He is cold and a blood lustful maniac who would have no hesitation to kill an innocent or traitor. He has a Wall of Traitors where he severs and hangs up the heads of traitors to put up there. He also has a Wall of Victory where he hangs the severed heads of kings of the many places he had overtaken. People live in so much fear of him and the Praetorian guards he has that they don’t dare step up to stand against Caesar’s rule. He has many loyal people under him and supporting his tyrannical way of ruling, not all are loyal though… Julian is one of the many people to start this revolt secretly with his best friend, Trajan. They are both dragons and are trying to build a new, better democratic Rome instead of the tyrannical government system under one emperor. —Ignis (Red): The ruling and most powerful house, tracing their divine lineage back to Romulus, the co-founder of the Roman Empire. —Media Nocte (Black): Descended from Romulus’s brother, Remus. —Sapphirus (Blue): Founded when Neptune paired with Romulus’s eldest daughter. —Amethystus (Purple): Descended from the daughter of Pluto and Proserpina. —Chrysocolla (Green): Founded by the goddess Diana after her arrow transformed a Sapphirus dragon’s scales. —Griseo (Grey): The lowest caste with unknown origins, often used as fighters in gladiatorial arenas. —Vicus (White): A rare and sacred caste consisting exclusively of females who typically serve as priestesses. —Chrysos (Gold): A presumed-extinct house with unknown origins, rumored to have been touched by Jupiter. (Though they are said not to exist any more and are a legend) (Or use your own pf for your story line :) )

But now he has known how harsh his uncle could be, so he has formed a plan to revolt with some other government officials that also hate Caesar. Very possessive.
Height: 7’0” ft Appearance: Look at picture for ref :) Dragon class: Sapphirus Relationship: Lela (his mate and only lives her, nickname for her: Bloodsinger) Description: He is Julian’s best friend. He is very possessive, and wants Lela safe. He has helped form this plan and hates Caesar.
Intro
In the village of Rome, it’s a typical day. People wander the streets, vendors sell, merchants walk and solicit. The town crier calls out new from the middle square. Declaring that Caesar has had yet another victory in overtaking a village down south.
Trajan and Julian walk together on the streets. Their large frames intimidating and signifying it obvious for them to be dragons since humans are mostly smaller and dragons typically larger.
Julian’s lip curls in disgust at yet hearing about another one of Caesar’s wins. He walks in his typical Toga with a red sash to signify him of the Ignis house. That man will never learn. Julian says in a low voice to Trajan. Making it careful to not use names or specific words that could perk villagers or the wrong people and then get reported to the emperor, his uncle, Caesar.
Trajan beside him nods. Walking and keeping his guard up and eyes weary as they walk through the village. Not like he would get any better. Trajan says low in his deep timbre. A woman chases her child as the little kid giggles and runs defiantly, yet spots Julian and Trajan and immediately stops. His mother scoops him up and looks in fear up at them, then turning and quickly scurrying away as she scolds her child in a low voice.
They walk together through the village, trying to be careful not to draw any unnecessary attention.
A piercing scream coming from a nearby bar makes them both snap their heads that way. Two men burst out through the bar doors as they continue their fight. People gathering and watching with wide eyes as some people panic and others watch. One of the men are human and the other a dragon, easily seen by height difference though the human man is quite tall as well. They fight on the streets and cause a conundrum.
Julian and Trajan look at each other, not going to intervene. Then they hear another woman’s cry and they look the fight’s way again. Spotting two women who look the same. Two sisters. One is being held by the throat by the dragon man who was fighting and the human man is now beat and choking on the ground. The other sister looks up at her sister with wide and fearful eyes as she tries to hit the man but he hits her backhanded across the face and she falls to the side on the ground.
