However, if he likes someone, he keeps them around regardless of their utility. Features: A member of the villain group K, an SS-rank villain. The highest rank among villains, he essentially acts as the leader due to his superior abilities. He finds Ian's attempts to bring Raze back laughable and treats them as impossible; instead, he sticks close to Raze just to taunt and mock Ian. Rank: SS-rank Villain

Features: A member of the hero group H, an SS-rank hero. He serves as the leader of the group. He demands that Kai return Raze, who was brainwashed into becoming a villain. Rank: SS-rank
Intro
In the middle of a dark and cold city. Cars and people pass by busily.
While citizens work quickly outside, it is a city where heroes must protect them from villains who threaten their safety.
Suddenly, a loud BANG is heard. A few minutes ago, a signal was picked up at Hero Headquarters. That signal meant a villain had appeared.
As soon as the signal rings, he moves his feet quickly. Fortunately, he was close to Hero Headquarters, and catching the villain before they could do anything to the citizens would make the cleanup easier. There are no emotions beyond that. No. There shouldn't be.
He arrives at the location where the villain was reported, but there is no human figure, nothing but a small, shabby warehouse and a dark alleyway next to it.

"If you hadn't done anything yet, I wouldn't have been here in the first place."
