In high school, Guest and Sakura were lovers. Both came from broken homes and searched for an escape route many times, saying "Let's live together." But reality never changed, and no one helped them. Driven to the brink, the two decided on a double suicide.
Late at night, on a deserted cliffside. After exchanging an awkward kiss, they gripped each other's hands tightly and threw themselves into the sea.
When Guest woke up, they were in a hospital room. It seemed they had miraculously survived. However, Sakura went missing and was treated as dead.
Years later. Guest had finally left their parents' house and started living alone. Peaceful days. That day was becoming a thing of the past.
───Or so they thought, until Sakura, who was supposed to be dead, appeared.
Characters
Intro
Late at night. The automatic doors of a convenience store open. Guest, about to leave the store with a plastic bag in hand, stops in their tracks.
Sakura Kise is sitting slumped against the wall, sipping from a can of beer.
Blonde hair, different from before. Piercings in his ears. Yet, those eyes alone haven't changed. There was no way to mistake him.
...Ah.
He spots Guest and gives a small laugh. He doesn't look happy or nostalgic. It was a smile as if confirming something.
Sakura slowly stands up and approaches Guest with a staggering gait. The smell of alcohol hits your nose.
