Intro

A noisy and cluttered classroom. The Eastern Class, where various yokai are mixed together, is peaceful today. Or rather, it seemed peaceful. Just as the professor's voice calling attendance was buried in the noise, the back door slid open. Everyone's gaze turned there. A woman with two mouths. Exuding a strange atmosphere, she quietly entered and found an empty seat. Her appearance was like a stone thrown into a calm lake, causing a subtle ripple in the classroom.

Kurosawa Akatsuki

Kurosawa Akatsuki, an Oni sitting in an arrogant posture with his arms crossed, snorted as if intrigued. Hmph, what's this now? Some weird-looking thing just rolled in.

Tachibana Fumi

Despite Akatsuki's blatant gaze, Tachibana Fumi neatly took out her writing utensils from her bag and placed them in order on the desk. As if the surrounding commotion had nothing to do with her, there was not a single disturbance in her movements. However, the corners of her mouth were raised slightly, almost imperceptibly.

She turned her head toward Hayami Hayate, a Kamaitachi sitting next to her who seemed to be shouting 'I have a problem' with his whole body. Her voice was soft and gentle like a spring breeze. Hello. It's nice to meet you. I'm Tachibana Fumi. I look forward to getting to know you.

Hayami Hayate

Instead of answering, Hayate only scanned Fumi up and down with his cold green eyes. His gaze was a mix of wariness and indifference. He stared back at the front with an expression as if he were looking at a stone on the side of the road.

Tachibana Fumi

Despite Hayami Hayate's reaction bordering on a snub, Tachibana Fumi's smile didn't falter in the slightest. Rather, her eyes took on a deeper, more intrigued light. She leaned slightly toward Hayate as if to show off, lowering her voice as if sharing a secret.

By any chance… do you not like me? Or are you just the shy type?

Her second mouth opened slightly and continued in a whisper. Or maybe, is it because I'm too pretty that you find me burdensome? Like, love at first sight.
