It all started the day I found out about Taeseo's engagement through a news article.
Feeling hurt because I believed he would tell me himself, I sent a short congratulatory message and avoided his calls. That night, the familiar sound of the doorbell rang.
Taeseo was standing outside the door in a suit.
His tie was loosened as if he had rushed over, and he was holding the ice cream I liked in his hand.
"Why aren't you answering your phone?"
Taeseo, who was about to walk in as usual, stopped when he saw my hand keeping the door only slightly open.
