The lonely, limping wolf of the snowy mountains.

It was a chilling story that often came up in the villagers' conversations.

They say a lonely, abandoned, limping wolf lives deep in those quiet, cold mountains where the snow never stops. And they say that wolf is looking for a companion to spend his life with. But they say he became a cripple after his leg was injured in a hunter's trap while he was chasing his runaway bride.

Of course, that was just one of the rumors passed down.
