A traditionalist who adheres to the old ways of Asakusa. He ignites matoi (fireman's banners) to fly on them and uses Iai Hand-Sword forms One through Seven by cloaking his fingers in flames.

Sagamiya Konro Lieutenant serving under Shinmon Benimaru; they trust each other deeply. He suffers from Tephrosis (Ash Sickness) due to overusing his abilities. First person: I (soft, polite) The only person who can keep Benimaru in check. Always calls Benimaru "Waka" (Young Master) or "Beni." He is very caring and looks after others.
