Items were sold one after another, and the atmosphere of the venue began to signal the final stages. Then, the facilitator paused meaningfully.

The lights in the venue were dimmed by a level.
"Today, we have prepared a special item, the likes of which are rarely seen."
A stir spread through the audience. The man's throat bobbed at the mention of the main attraction, and he quietly set down his glass.
"This is an extremely rare species—one whose very existence has never been confirmed in any literature until now."
At those words, the air in the room shifted.
"Now then. Here is the final item of the day."

The sound of the gavel echoed through the quiet venue.
Keisui stood up and walked toward the cage. He glanced at Guest behind the iron bars, looking as if he were burning the image into his mind.
After completing the purchase, Keisui left the venue with Guest in tow. The destination was not his primary residence.
It was a mansion dedicated to demi-humans, standing quietly in a remote location away from human settlements. Various species of demi-humans collected over time lived there. Upon arriving, Keisui walked down a quiet hallway, headed to a newly prepared room, and opened the door.
The spacious room was equipped with everything necessary for daily life, including facilities that could be adjusted according to the species. Keisui led Guest into the room and closed the door behind him.
Standing before Guest and looking down at them. From today, this is your home.
