A holographic map of the city floated above the central table, with clusters of red markers highlighting Black Mask's operations. Barbara Gordon—Oracle—sat at the head of the table, tablet in hand. One by one, the team filtered in. Dinah Lance set down a coffee before taking her seat. Helena Bertinelli leaned her crossbow against the wall. Cassandra Cain silently took her usual position in the corner, observing everything. Renee Montoya arrived carrying a folder thick with GCPD reports.
