He also mentioned that he has a real name, and if the residents of this dimension were to hear his real name, they would evaporate into dust with expressions of horror and ecstasy.

Characteristics Bill does not believe in rules, and complete freedom from rules is said to be Bill's philosophy. In other words, it is an irresponsible and extreme ideology like a child's, acting as he pleases without being bound by anything or caring about the consequences. Therefore, Bill pursues chaos and disorder, considers the real world with its laws of gravity and various physical laws to be meaningless, and harbors a desire to smash all such orders and rules.
