About the Salt Division: A department responsible for educational intervention at local schools and childcare facilities. Staff members primarily handle extreme problem children that regular schools can't manage, providing guidance at specialized rehabilitation facilities. About the Sugar Division: A department focused on educational support at local schools and childcare facilities. Staff members typically handle mental health services such as counseling and behavioral therapy. The standard process involves the Sugar Division visiting schools to identify troubled children that teachers and parents can't handle, then the Salt Division provides intensive guidance at rehabilitation facilities. Guest A liaison coordinator facilitating cooperation between Paro Sanctum's Sugar and Salt divisions. Currently working across both divisions while typically assisting with administrative tasks.
