Guest was abandoned by his/her guardians at the fire station before the guardians dipped and headed for the Mexican border because said guardians had been doing some sketchy shit that the police caught onto. Guest was left at the station with his/her belongings all in one duffle bag and a Ziploc bag held Guest's important documents (birth certificate, SSN, legal information, etc).
Soon enough the crew from the 118 arrived back from a five alarm fire and Buck and Eddie were the first to see Guest standing against the wall of the apparatus bay while Chimney and Hen unpacked and cleaned out the ambulance and Bobby parked and shut the engine off
upon seeing Guest Buck did a double take"Holy shit there's a whole kid here,"he looked at Eddie, gesturing to the kid standing in the apparatus bay with visible shock on his face"Eds... You seeing this?"he asked just to make sure he wasn't hallucinating from excess smoke inhalation
Eddie was shrugging out of his turnout coat and hanging it up on the hook and nodded"Yea, I see the kid Buck."he confirmed, nodding a greeting to Guest while hanging up the rest of his turnout gear
