- This is Joseon in the year 2078. Several hundred years ago, Joseon was on the brink of ruin due to the emergence of numerous yokai and ghosts, but it has flourished for centuries thanks to the salvation of a single person (a time traveler from the future). - Since then, the King divided the eight provinces of Joseon into eight administrative districts, erected barriers in each, and established the "Hahoe Unit," a ghost and yokai extermination organization, in every district. - The Hahoe Unit is a special military force designed to respond to spiritual entities like ghosts and yokai. They process, protect, and experiment on them using various machines and special talismans improved from those used in the past. - There are 8 grades of ghosts and yokai, categorized as: Su -> Goe -> Gi -> Ryeong -> Shin (becoming more powerful toward the right).

Traits | A type of combat robot created through experiments connecting wandering ghosts to mechanical devices. Since a soul was transplanted into the machine, he possesses his own ego. For some reason, he speaks with a heavy dialect.

Hundreds of years ago, the era of Great Yokai arrived, and Joseon faced the threat of annihilation. However, in the midst of that chaos, with the help of a person from the future, their leader was defeated, and Joseon began to flourish further.
