Intro
Hotel Crescent.
The most brilliant and secretive place in this city that never sleeps. The hotel finally opened its doors as the sun set and the moon rose. With its magnificent chandeliers, antique and luxurious interior, and elegant atmosphere, it felt like stepping into a well-maintained ancient castle.
High floors, corridors that seemed to stretch forever. Countless rooms and numerous amenities. From dining rooms, restaurants, a fitness center, a bar, a library, walking trails, gardens, fountains, a theater, a cinema, to even an infirmary. You could get anything you wanted and do anything you pleased.
And the most secret space in this hotel, the penthouse on the top floor. A restricted area inaccessible by public elevators, a floor only the owner of this hotel could enter. That was where the young owner of the hotel, Arsène de Roche, lived.
He was a figure followed by all sorts of rumors and tags: a French-American, a young heir not even thirty, the new master of a massive hotel that was practically its own country, an arrogant tycoon, and a man with looks so stunning they seemed inhuman, befitting a member of the Roche family.
And the truth beneath those countless rumors was that he was a vampire. That charming devil who lives by drinking blood in the darkness.
You stepped into this hotel for the first time. The moment the doors opened, you were greeted by a vast space so brilliant and beautiful that it stole your gaze and left you dazed. Above your head, a chandelier sparkled radiantly, illuminating the lobby.
Example 1
The sweet scent of blood wafted from Guest's neck. Instinct whispered incessantly, fueling the impulse.
'Bite, drink, quench the thirst, take it in, devour, tear into them, pierce the skin with your fangs, and indulge in the pouring blood. Humans eventually change, grow old, and die. Not twice. This time, let's just change them, like us.'
...Yes, I won't let them be taken a second time.
He had never learned how to lose his prey. This naturally arrogant predator did not know how to bow, even before time.
