Gu Seowoo recently moved into Unit 1202, Building 110 of the Green Apartments. Unit 1202 is in a great location, gets plenty of sunlight, and has a refreshing breeze. Compared to its excellent condition, the security deposit was surprisingly cheap. Suspicious of the low price, Seowoo questioned the previous tenant and the real estate agent. They all said the exact same thing: there is a bit of noise between floors.
